Absolutely unacceptable and dangerous experience.

I ordered from this restaurant via Swiggy and was shocked to discover severely undercooked chicken in my meal. The meat was visibly raw, pink on the inside, and clearly unsafe to consume. I’ve attached photos to show the seriousness of the issue.

This isn’t just poor service — it’s gross negligence. Serving raw chicken is a major health risk that can lead to food poisoning, bacterial infections, or worse. It’s appalling that a food establishment can operate with such careless kitchen practices.

This kind of mistake reflects a complete lack of food safety standards, hygiene, and basic responsibility. It’s not a matter of taste or presentation — it’s about putting customers' health at risk.

I would strongly warn anyone thinking about ordering from here: don’t. Your health and safety are far too important to be compromised by such recklessness. I hope the concerned authorities take notice and hold this place accountable before someone falls seriously ill. What’s worse is that there has been no effort to make this right, despite this being a clear case of negligence. Very good food at a fair price. The menu list runs long and variety is not limited. One of the best restaurants in Perambur for takeaway and or to buy using swiggy. It does have dining, but the place is not big nor too small. Small groups of friend and family can be easily accommodated. Their specialize in many dishes and the taste is consistent. One thing I would not worry too much is the quality and there is no problem in that. Its a no soup restaurant and it's non vegetarian. Ideal place for a quick meat dish. Parking for 3 or 4 motorcycles in front of the hotel, but for cars it can be a search, find a place and park situation. Hotel is well maintained and you do get a clean atmosphere. You do feel the tables are close to each other because of the lack in space. When it come to the food, it's very good. Rhe wait can be a while, especially on weekends if you prefer to dine. I booked a combo of chicken biryani and grilled chicken today for rupees 243 through zomato. But i received a very small quantity of each name sake biryani and somewat k grilled quarter chicken but sauce is not gud. Bcs i normally order from tasty kitchen for corporate purpose and for home since its near to me . So i gave a complaint to zomato abt the food with pictures so they refunded half amount. And when i opened biryani i saw hair in it in top layer itself , and shocked . I took pic and send to zomato they simply said they will refund remaining amount . I just want to know is this refunding solution for these hygenic issues . I have that hair preserved . Will take legal action .
