Balaji's Food Court — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

One of the VEY BAD AND ARROGANT treatment i had from a restaurant in my life. Especially the LADY cashier who is sitting for the billing and payment section. It was like we went there for a free food. I went with my family and this lady made us our entire trip for a short period miserable. If the management reading this review please make sure to replace the lady staff to any other section and to avoid dealing directly with the customers will spoil your business as she is not even capable to sit in any kind of sales related field. I was there in Palani for two days and only once i went to that hotel even the food was ok we didnt go there because none of my family was not interested to see her face. DONT EVER GO YOU WILL SPOIL YOUR TIME AND HAPPINESS WHEN YOU COME OUT FROM...

This restaurant located in ganapathi Grand Hotel near pazhani. Food is OK. But quantity of food is very low and high rate. Some staffs have no knowledge to deal a customer... They provide poor service at the time of peak seasons .they carelessly type the bill amount. So we must carefully study the bill after had our food... Some staffs have highly head weight. They treated us like, they provide food free not for cash..... So firstly the management must teach the staffs how to behave...

On the whole its an okay place if you dont mind waiting a bit long.

✅Food- 🍱 The food is okay taste wise. The quantity is very less. One set of poori contains only 2 pooris. We also tried- ▪️Ghee Roast (Loved the design they did) ▪️Masala Dosa ▪️Poori ▪️Oothappam ▪️Porotta

✅Service- 👨‍💼 The service is too slow. The waiting time is really bad for a place with alot of waiters walking around.
