Cherry On Top — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Really had a very bitter experience today(26/11/23) in this shop. I have been purchasing cakes from this shop for several times. But on 25/11/23 I have ordered Golden Caramel 500 grams from this shop at 4.01 pm and got delivered by 4.44pm. After cake got delivered immediately I kept it in fridge and today morning when I cut the cake it got decayed. Then I went directly to this shop to ask about it. But staffs and manager from shop was treating in arrogant way. Staffs in this shop After eating the cake they are saying it is perfectly fine Golden caramel will taste like that, as if I am eating that cake for first time. They didn't accept their fault and telling to me contact swiggy. So I kept that cake with them and came back. Dont trust this shop. Never ever...

I bought a cake from here and it was worth the money spent…… Half a kg cake was only Rs.300 and the taste was also very good…. It’s always better we visit directly the store for buying the products as the price is higher in the online services like Swiggy and Zomato… They also varieties of cookies and confectioner’s… But staff should be little more courteous in attending the customer….
