When I visited the outlet to ask about it, the staff(branch manager i guess)spoke rudely and said he has the power to cancel my order. He never tried to convince or apologize, and instead advised me to use other apps like Zomato or Swiggy instead of the Burger King app.When I told him that he can't say which flat form should I order he said "it's a personal advice don't use that app it's not trustable" the own company he works for, he is so rude and un professional. If he had just said sorry everything would be fine but instead he argued saying he has power to cancel the order
When I asked about my money refund of 437 rupees he he rudely said "it will come" not professionally but rudely only after I asked when it will refund he said "7 working days" and still not a apology
This behaviour is completely unacceptable and very disappointing. If Burger King has its own app, customers should be able to trust it and get proper service. I request you to please take strict action against the staff and arrange a refund for my order.

I paid with cash as the card option not working. Waiting for pay in cash also take time as cashier doing something else and talking. I have to wait around 10 mnts for the order and its make sense, my number on display to be collected. But my order not there, the staff said I have to pay first. If I'm not paid, how come my order number can be displayed for collection? Then they just prepare my order after all this non sense question, even the manager incharge also said I have to wait, so all this time they're not even prepare my order! Burger king's Marina mall got awards from this mall, I don't know how they can get that aware when the attitude of that manager so not helpful and not even apologize for their mistake to customer.
