Stumbled upon this place thinking it’d be a chill café experience. Turns out, the staff were having more fun than the customers—busy playing games with street folks inside the café. A bold new approach to hospitality, I guess?

Tried the brownie, pastry, and filter coffee. They were good—but priced like they came with a side of gold dust. Yes, even pricier than Starbucks. Must be the “ambience,” which included no music, dated interiors, and WiFi that proudly runs at 2G speed. Retro vibes, maybe?

We had visited the branch for a late lunch. We were not served anything by the staff after waiting for more than 40 mins because they had not received the payment. They could have asked us for alternative payment but they did not. Instead they chose to make us wait for a long time and then told us they haven't made anything because the system did not receive the UPI payment. I had also given them the screenshot of the payment and reference IDs twice.

The area manager Jagan was also not helpful. The worst experience ever in a service industry. My mom and I left with no appetite and a very disappointed service. Oh...

This CCD is located near the US VAC Biometric Center, about 1 km away. We had sometime before our appointment, so we decided to stop by for a quick coffee. We ordered three drinks, but it took nearly 30 minutes for them to be ready. I understand that people enjoy spending a lot of time at CCDs, but in our case, we requested the barista to expedite our order. Aside from us, there were no other customers in the cafe, so it shouldn't have taken so long.
