𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 - The Starters were amazing they kept on refilling them we got Paneer,Chicken,Fish,Prawn,Cheesy Potato,Mutton,Honey Chicken,Tandoori Chicken, Pineapple,Mushroom,Corn and all of the dishes were amazing and great. We wanted Extra Spicy Paneer and we requested them and they also provided it.

𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟭 (𝗣𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮, 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗡𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗼'𝘀, 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗶)-

Pizza - This pizza was Wood Fired and it had really different taste compared to other places but the Size of the Pizza is really small suitable for one person.

Nacho's & French Fries - This was the first time we had some good Nacho's and the melted cheese from the blow torch made it so Heavenly ❤️ if you are a Cheese addict try the Nacho's and French Fries.

Pani Puri - Same thing Which you get outside if you want change of food try this.

𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟮 ( 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗩𝗲𝗴 & 𝗩𝗲𝗴 𝗕𝗼𝘄𝗹𝘀)-

Non-Veg - They had Shrimp,Squid,Chicken,Rabbit,Duck and Some of the Veggies including Rice and Noodles.

Veg - They Had Babycorn, American Corn, Broccoli,Rice and Noodles, Jalapeno, Meal maker and Veggies.

Just Visit this Counter and Order what toppings you need and they'll mix that and get your order.

𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗵 - We Actually couldn't try the Main dish because we were already full, but we just went and saw the available dishes they had Briyani and 3 Types of Gravy (Chicken,Mutton,Fish) and Rice For Veg with same 3 Types of Gravy, Noodles both Veg and Chicken, Soup, Rasam, Curd Rice and Chips.

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘁 - This was the Best part in this Restaurant, all of the Desserts were amazing. The Jalebi sweet was Freshly made and it was hot served which was amazing. All the Sweets from the Dessert sections like Rasmalai, Mousse, Cake, Gulab Jamun, Brownies all were so Yummy and had an amazing Taste. Also Try their Kulfi Roll and Waffles with Chocolate Toppings.

Amazing Place, all of our tables were so Clean and really good place to click amazing Pictures and good place to Party hard either with your friends or your Corporate colleagues.

Barbecue places are known for their services and they have proved it and we were treated like Royalty, whatever suggestions or Request we made will be done in minutes. All of the Staff member were well mannered and polite.

The Price is Totally worth it and also I Booked it though Dine Out app and I got ₹500 off the bill but the problem is the booking status will only get confirmed 1 hour before dining time and this offer is valid only for new members in Dine Out.

I also asked them about their another Signature Dish which was Liquid Nitrogen Biscuit but they stopped those supply for some reasons so you won't get it anymore. ☹️

First of all the location. The restaurant is just around the corner on Bazullah Road T.nagar. You'll probably miss it during the day without the bright Pink sign lighting. At night it'll be easier to notice with the lights just after the turn.

The run the entire second floor and the number of staff for the entire floor is insufficient, which brings us to the service part. They kind of run the place in slots. I went in the evening. They start filling tables of one slot at 7pm and run that slot till 8.45pm. Seems reasonable time for a table to finish their meal. Then they clean up the place and let the people who are on waiting in from 8.45 to 10.30 to fill slot 2. So running aproximately 20 tables of 5, serving say 100 people. The number of staff is less in comparision. And they only run 1 guy with smoke shots (must try, atleast for photos/videos), 1 guy with fire paan (again must try). So getting around the entire floor is difficult.

Coming to the service provided by the staff, it is really not that bad as others say. They are courteous and provide with whatever is asked, only thing they'll take a bit of time because of the staff shortage. And if you loose your temper, they are bound to react as well (human nature)

Moving on to the servings, welcome drink (See Picture) of the day is complementary and the food that follows is excellent. They bring 3 pieces of each item on skewers (the long metal rods on which the food is impaled and placed over the grill). The fish is 1 single fillet. Other non veg on skewers were chicken, prawns (remove the crunchy tail before devouring), mutton.

Apart from items on skewers, they bring fried corn, honey garlic chicken, tangdi kebab & pineapple is served on plate but is carried around on a skewer and the guy will slice off as much as you ask and place it on your plate.

While you wait on skewers, you can try the live counter (non-dessert), they make mini wood fried pizza (see picture), nacho fries and sliders. These i found to be good.

The main course is placed on the table top counter by the wall. Veg on one side & non-veg on other. The main course is decently done but the quantity in each of the containers is low. The containers are not very big. I think they re-fill quite often.

You'll find panner, veg biryani, daal etc on the veg side. Chicken biryani, egg masala curry, murgh masala on the non-veg side.

Tandoori bread (roti/naan/kulcha) can be ordered through one of the staff.

Do try the desserts rack and the desserts live counter. The desserts rack has cake, payassam, mousse (see picture) etc. The live counter has waffles, doughnuts & cold stone ice-cream/ flavoured kulfi (see picture - chocolate kulfi)

They do have valet parking and VIOLA! they do NOT take a tip, neither the valet staff nor the serving staff.

This was our second time at the Coal barbecue. Being a Sunday afternoon the place was fully crowded! I think they need to figure how to accommodate the guests outside as standing in that small reception space is very difficult with so many people. Anyways so Weekend should definitely not be a time to visit this if you're not celebrating something or have any time constraints. Too much going on at a time! We waited a good 20 minutes before we were seated although we came 5 minutes earlier than our time slot which was 2-4 pm. The airconditioner was failing due to the huge crowd I think but now inside we waited for the feast to begin. The starters are the same everywhere, so it's the taste that matters. The taste is definitely better here ! The chicken starters were delicious but only 2 variety of chicken was available in the starters. Mutton seekh kabab was good but somehow I feel that the first time I had which was around 4 yrs ago was way better. Definitely can be improved. The prawns were nicely done. When we told the gentleman that we didn't want the pineapple drink served he got it changed and brought us mojito which was refreshing. The main course had biryani, butter chicken, mutton roghan josh etc which was all good. Full marks to the chef Mr. Hussain who went around the tables asking if the patrons were having a good meal. Appreciate how they give a personal touch to make the guests feel good. Mr. Dinesh also was very hands on and saw that we tried everything there was on the Live counters. The paniyaram with stew was delicious and should not be missed if you're there. The daal makhni was superb! Didn't try other vegetarian dishes so can't say much. The dessert spread is large and the showstopper is their chocolate fountain. Valet parking is available so no worries there. It's a great option for buffet and serves good delicious food. Staff is efficient and service is quick. I would definitely recommend that they add a few more chicken starters to the menu. The price is definitely high so definitely everyone would expect a good variety of starters, more than the main course. Go for it guys ! It's definitely better than most of these...
