Time Square Restobar is serving the customers since October 2019.
What is special about this place? It is bang opposite to Pothy’s botique. You can literally see the shop from the restobar. This is in the second floor and yes, as soon as you enter this, you feel like you have entered a different world altogether.
What is special about this place?
Firstly, it is the place itself. The ambiance is mesmerising & you would agree to it only when you visit them.
Interiors were so intricately done and when it is Dhina behind this, you can expect nothing less than perfection.
I happened to visit it today along with my good friend Sandeep Varma and we had a blast.
What did we order?
Mocktails:
Broken Bridge Feel It, Fly It.
I cannot write about the first one since I did not drink it but definitely the second one. It was out of the world mocktail. I cannot express it in words as to how I felt while sipping it. It gave me the feel of having a cocktail but it wasn’t the one(as I’m a teetotaller). As they have rightly named, I felt each and every sip of it and literally I was on clouds(note the second word).
Starters:
Smoked Paneer - Achari Tikka King Prawn Koli Wada
I will talk about the non-veg part here since I had those. These prawns were served in a neatly arranged manner with grated vegetables/salad and lemon. I squeezed them over the prawns and started having it. I must say that the chef did a great job in making an extraordinary marination because I felt that the taste was real good especially with the outer coating which has gelled well with the prawn. I finished it in no time.
Main Course:
Wild Mushroom 9” inch pizza(Veg) Singapore Chilli Crab (Signature Dish) Jasmine Rice
I had a slice of Wild Mushroom pizza and was thoroughly impressed. Firstly, it was thin crust. Secondly, I was oozing with cheese. Last but not the least, each one of the six piece had a mushroom on the top with their unique combination of other ingredients making it irresistible.
When I wanted to order Singapore Chilli Crab with plain rice, I was recommended to have it with Jasmine rice by the chef. Trust me, he was absolutely right. The taste was beyond comparison. The signature dish had real good amount of crab. I thoroughly loved the taste of it.
I would definitely recommend this place - if you prefer to have a place with a great ambiance, music, privacy, billiards coupled with some extra ordinary food & amazing staff :) #Restobar #TimesSquare #NightLife #Fun #Food #Fusion #Music...
Read moreDear all,
Please take a few moments to read this review before visiting the place mentioned.
We came across this place on YouTube, where a YouTuber mentioned certain aspects about it. Intrigued, we decided to visit.
The first challenge we encountered was parking. Unfortunately, this place does not offer car or bike parking, leaving it entirely at your own risk.
Additionally, the elevator can only accommodate up to four people, and the venue is located on the second floor.
Upon arrival, we inquired about the prices. A staff member informed us that the total cost per person is 600 rupees, with a 400 rupee allowance that can be used towards the ticket value on the bill received inside the party.
Entering the party area, we noticed a shortage of available seats and the absence of table service. As we explored the floor, we decided to purchase alcohol using the tickets we had bought. However, to our surprise, we discovered that only 300 rupees could be adjusted towards the bill. This left us feeling deceived by Timesquare. We wanted to share this experience to prevent a similar situation from happening to others.
Furthermore, when we ordered two plates of chicken, the cost amounted to 1200 rupees. Later, we decided to purchase more and bought a large quantity of alcohol and a glass of beer, which came to a total of 1700 rupees.
At the alcohol counter, the staff charged us inflated prices, taking advantage of the loud DJ music that makes it difficult to communicate effectively. Unfortunately, no bills were provided for the transactions.
It is worth noting that this place may not be safe for couples, and the dance floor is quite cramped.
Considering our visit, we concluded that it was a waste of both money and time.

Read moreThe New Year's celebration at Timesquare Restrobar turned out to be a nightmarish ordeal. Despite the hefty 4000 rupees entry fee with the promise of unlimited food and drinks, the actual event was a huge disappointment. The service was virtually non-existent - despite multiple requests, no food was served, and it took a staggering 90 minutes just to receive a single plate of Gobi Manchurian.
The event organizers seemed disinterested and lacked any sense of urgency or responsibility towards attending to guests' queries or service requests. The bar staff were equally uncooperative, insisting on serving their choice of drinks rather than fulfilling the guests' preferences.
Moreover, the floor was not just wet but shockingly dirty, creating an uncomfortable and unhygienic environment for everyone present. The venue was overly crowded, indicating a clear lack of attention to crowd management.
The dance floor was cramped, leaving barely any room to move, and the overall atmosphere lacked the basic courtesy expected at such events. Guests showed no regard for manners, often colliding on the dance floor without offering any apologies or courteous gestures.
Attending any future events at this venue is strongly discouraged. The 4000 rupees spent felt like a complete scam considering the abysmal service and the vast difference between the promised experience and the dismal reality. This event was a profound disappointment and left attendees feeling cheated and...
