My Experience with this shop is came even before having a sip of tea. Yes. Poor Hospitality. Ordered a Ginger Tea and Cashew biscuits. Cashier collected amount and 5 minutes later she is telling that it will take 30mins to Prepare a Ginger tea. Frustrated. She should have informed it at the time of paying. While asking for a refund, she is telling money once paid cannot be returned back. Location-Tnagar Bus stand. Manager should take care of such things to retain the valuable customers. Attached the bill also with this review. 20Rs Wasted😠. Try refunding my amount by replying to this review

My first visit, impressive though. Hot beverages at an nominal and affordable price. Quality worth the pay. They have also got some quick bites to munch along while we sip the cup of tea / coffee. Place is well maintained. Staffs are friendly and courteous.

Dum chai is the special here. Milkshakes are also good. Black coffee was good. Additional side items like bun, cake, biscuit and savouries are also there. Parking don't even think about it. This is at the corner of busy road. Overall I would recommend.

Worst staff behaviour and attitude.. not the billing person but another person was very rude. She gave a juice in unbalanced glass and we spilled the drink accidentally. Then she looked rudely and cursed us till we leave the shop. She behave like never come to this shop again. This is not how u treate your customers. People will hesitate to come to her shop again for her attitude towards customers.

She was scolding us like we wantedly spilled the coffee ( we paid for the drink and who will spill wantedly ). didn't even ask if we want another drink but...

Woh! Great Chai/Coffee shop. Its near T. Nagar depot. It is a new shop I think.

It's awesome... The staffs are very very kind and cheerful to customers. Very beautiful seating arrangements are there.

I have never seen a chai/coffee shop like this. It's self service only... And though it is a small shop, there is lot of space to sit & have your favourite coffee☕/tea with snacks from there itself or else what you bring like some snacks.. Biscuits🍪 n all.
