CockRaCo — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Went for a dine in on Sunday evening with family. Ordered starters and main course. They just came and kept plates and curries ( main course) . No cutlery despite of multiple requests. No starters until we complained. The curries went cold by the time rotis were served. After 20 mins of eating cold main course, the starters arrived one by one. Nobody was looking after the table. People just kept coming to take orders but none to serve or coordinate the serving. It was nothing less than a fish market. Spoilt our entire evening time which we wanted to spend with family. The standards of serving was better few years ago now it’s gone from bad to worst. Utter waste of money . Can be rated in negative in terms of hospitality. Apparently there were two functions going on in the first floor so the hotel was under resourced. If there is soo much of resourcing crunch, they should shut down the hotel if the function hall is being served, why spoil customers time and waste money ? Will never visit them again , nor would it be recommended to others. I wonder what is the owner or the manager doing at such...

Tamil people never cease to amaze me with their uncompromising attitude towards providing awesome quality food in more than required quantity at affordable prices !

That too in such a grand setup !

The place feels cool once you get in. But once you see the menu, you realise that the prices differ by only a minimal margin.

The quantity of food is almost like an all-you-can-eat-buffet !

The service, environment, especially the food, everything about this place is great and deserves great recognition !

They also provide a wide variety of options (North, South, Chinese,etc.) to choose from - BUT South Indian stands apart in a separate class.

We mostly like to have Chicken Dynamite, Pallipalayam Chicken, Great Taste Chicken Briyani, Grilled Chicken Awesome, that too Pepper Leg taste lovely. Rates affordable quality Super. Quantity morethan enough. People don't miss the great taste of COCKRACO - POWER...

Restaurant's dining area is very congested..I am not so fond of non vegetarian food but I visit here as it is nearer to my office..i had ordered veg fried rice on 29.01.19 at around 2.15 PM..as soon as the food was served on the table I could smell that the food is stale..it was smelling pathetically..how come they could serve a customer food which they themselves could not eat if asked to do so..is this your quality service?? Do you think once treated in such a way the concerned customer will pay you a visit again.. You could have simply told that veg fried rice is not available..my god..after this incident I will think twice before visiting a restaurant..i have decided to...
