1. I really love this hotel very much. I have visited here only for dinners.
2. The food price is affordable. The Taste is very nice.
3. A huge variety of food items are available. Organic food varieties such as chola paniyaaram, kambu dosai, idiyaapam with coconut milk, etc,. are also available and the taste is also good.
4. This is a Pure vegetarian hotel, with clean environment.
5. If you want to get a satisfied fulfillment of your hunger , just go here.
6. This hotel looks like an cultural old village house.
7. Separate seating space for family is also available.
8. The hand washing area is ok. liquid handwash is available.
9. The filter coffee tastes very good , at a cheaper price (₹12), compared to other equivalent hotels.
10. according to my survey and my experience, I prefer aachi mess rather than going for hotel Gowrishankar, Annapurna, Aanandhaas. Because you'll get the same food here at lower cost and better taste.
11. Smoking is prohibited here. They have a quote at display which makes every one smile 😅 ( NO SMOKING, ONLY OUR CHIMMNEYS CAN SMOKE )😀😆.
12. Quick response for your orders. No need to wait for a long time.
13. The crowd rate is medium compared to hotel Gowrishankar .
14. No need to give tips for the servents, only...

Visited this restaurant today for lunch with family members. Had Terrible Service Experience and was absolutely disappointed with the service here by rude and unprofessional behavior of the supplier.

Cashier informed that variety meals has to be in collected in the outside area near to cash counter and meals has to be collected inside area by providing the token. He mentioned that family members (ladies) consuming the variety rice can sit inside along with ther persons who are consuming Meals. Considering the crowd was less and few tables were free, we felt it should be okay to sit in the inside area.

A young supplier in the inside area behaved rudely saying that only people having meals should sit inside. We informed him that Cashier allowed to sit inside but he was not understanding and arguing with us unnecessarily.

Basic manners and customer service were completely missing. This is the worst experience with supplier I have ever been.

I expected a much better experience and will not be recommending this place who are going with family until the staff is...
