Hi I was really Really Disappointed with your restaurant located at Periyar Nagar (Perambur) Entered the Restaurant around 15.03 Pm Restaurant was empty with only 2 tables were occupied and Restaurant had 3 captains on the shift and 4 waiters
I was Seated at Tabel no 23
Waited for 15 mins no one addressed to take order or pour water inspite of having 7 staff and only 2 occupied table I have to Grab a menu myself from Near By table
3.Then requested a waiter to call captain to take order
4 .Mr Stephen (Captain) came to the table I ordered 1xMutton Briyani Requested for drinks Reply from captain Kitkat milkshake (Not available) Oreo milkshake (not Available) Mango Lassi ( Not Available) Plain Lassi (Not Available)
Finally he told yes to Jigarthantha 😇😇😇😇
I was Already disappointed with waiting to take order and no drink Called Stephen to check on my Briyani since I already waited 20 mins Time was 15.43 pm already
Then it took me 27 mins To serve my 1 Mutton Briyani to my table (No where in the world it will take 27 mins to serve a Precooked Food after placing order )
Inspite Of Waiting 40 mins (15.03 to 15 .43 pm) I had a disappointed cold Briyani to the table And mutton Piece were Dry and black in Colour (Photos Attached for consideration) No Temperature difference between Raitha and Briyani
Taste and Quality of the Briyani was very Poor and customer Service was Worst
Captains has to Stay in the floor to check with customer food Enjoyment and not be Relaxing leaning on the wall or staying in Kitchen
I had a very Disappointing afternoon overall I addressed the same to Restaurant manager MR Vignesh Kumar but no Response from him .

If you said you will do it later, they insist you yo write now and wait with a phone to take screenshot. I paid for the booking to get free desserts for 2 ppl. When i enquired as soon as i entered they said that is only at the end. We had dinner and asked for dessert they said only after payment we can get that. We paid via swiggy and gave them the screenshot. They said no madam free dessert is not available for this booking and only flat disc is there, then i had to show the screenshot that i had taken while booking where it mentioned flat offer + free dessert. Then after so long time they said okay. Then we asked for dessert menu, they said we can give only gulabjamun, i was still fine. But they gave only 1 instead of 2. For which I had to wait for litterally 25 mins without doing nothing. Its utter waste spending so much time. Worst expereience i have ever faced. Pls get to know the deals that you guys are offering in food platforms. Dont cheat people with terms and conditions. Not everyone will argue with proper documentation. 1 Malai Nadu Chicken with Dosa Offer 1 Nenju Kari Gravy with parota offer 1 Plain Biryani
At the time of ordering, I was informed about your “Unlimited Offer” and opted for a parcel with each 3 nos iam okay with that . However, I was asked to wait as the items were “in transit” from Anna Nagar. I waited patiently until 7:30 PM, when your supply van finally arrived. Even after that, I was not given my order until around 8:00 PM—over an hour of waiting.
To my disappointment, when I reached home and opened the parcel, I found:
