I went to your chennai Peravallur kfc branch for takeaway 30.06.2023 8.30pm and got a worst experience

Placed Ordered on counter cash bill & credit card.

paid 500rs as cash and 389rs in credit card since shortage of cash

I waited and collected my order on time however while check in my home I noticed the burger was missing in the package.

I rushed to the shop and informed to the mgr  they took back my pack and told will provide a complete fresh packing, waited long time and again got my order package.

With the confidence and package size of my order I didn't verify my takeaway order in the shop. Its impossible to check every time for the customer to check the takeaway sealed order.

There is a shock again when I reached home, this time i got the burger which is missed in first pack, however my Mediam size popcorn chicken is missed in the second package.

I didn't go to the shop second time to complain anymore this is happening for me second time from this branch in last 6months

I am absolutely appalled by the pathetic service I just experienced with KFC. I placed an order through the app, my money was debited instantly, but the order was never placed. Instead, I was redirected to the checkout page as if nothing had happened.

Frustrated, I called your so-called “customer service” only to be put on hold for an unbearable 50 minutes—that’s almost an hour of my life wasted! And what do I get after this agonizing wait? An agent who nonchalantly tells me he doesn’t even deal with my state and then hangs up on me before I can ask anything else. This is beyond unacceptable.

What kind of unprofessional, careless service is this? You take my money without delivering my order, waste my time, and then have agents who neither solve the issue nor have the basic courtesy to talk properly? The sheer incompetence is staggering.
