Domino's Pizza | Sai Baba Colony, Koimbatore — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Not a big pizza fan but when in a spirit then no one can stop me ..so the spirit triggered when I was 'HOME ALONE'😂 and was feeling ravenous like an unhinged and famish person .I place an ordain for PANEER MAKHANI Cheese Burst and It was one of the finest choices I have ever made regarding the pizza and when they delivered to me .The odour which the pizza was emitting proved that it was freshly cooked and it was not even unblemished from anywhere ..cook to perfection .Also they delivered the pizza on time but there is something which they don't bought along with pizza ..it was none other than OREGANO SEASONING.Earlier they used to give so much and know just a penny of it ...but as you know my experience was good and also I was feeling way way ravenous.so,It didn't matter to me at all ..Dominos is my favourite place when it tickles for pizzas.they serve amazing pizzas in town. .

Quick service, courteous staff and yummy food is all what I want. Food was really good and staff was humble.

A good number of variety , a good service , organised ,well maintained..

They have all the goodiees . I love this place ♥️

Loved paneer makhani 😍😍❤️ it was cheesy …

I ordered it without cheese burst still it was so damn good !!! Perfect crust and perfect blend of spices in pizza sauce !!! Dominos sach mein badal gya 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 ..

That is zingy parcel and a pizza mania..

I really like the way domino's make pizzas . My favourites here are Veg extravaganza pizza , stuffed garlic bread , Tacos & chocolava ..cake. Now domino's pizzas are extra cheesy ...

so you don't need to order cheesy one

Chocolate pizza is also good if you have a real sweet tooth .

This place has never disappointed me & the staff works amazingly and handles crowds nicely .

I had ordered a veg pizza along with paneer garlic bread. While eating the paneer garlic bread I found a piece which was definitely not paneer and it definitely looked like non veg. I raised a complaint with dominos. First of all the order was not even showing as delivered and it was remaining as dispatched and raising a complaint itself was very difficult. Then I received a mail saying that someone would reach out to me from Domino's. A few months back I faced a problem of late delivery of more than 1 hour and even then I received the same email. And in a day or so I received another email saying the manager tried to reach me and was not able to and asked me to update my phone number when in fact no one called me from Domino's.

So I called the store directly and told them about the problem and that person told me it would be resolved and someone would call me regarding my complaint. I received the exact same mail the next day stating that the manager tried to call me but was not able to reach me and asked me to update my phone number.

I again called the store but no one picked it up this time. Then I called the centralised domino's customer care number and the representative tried to connect me with the store but again was not able to reach the store, finally the person told me that she had raised an internal complaint regarding the issue and a person would reach out to me by the end of the day. It's been almost a week and no one called me or tried to reach out to me.

Also I have always been a regular in this particular branch but have been receiving the worst service for the past year . This time it's more than a late delivery problem. It's a very serious issue and I received no answers from their side.

I keep seeing that for every negative review there is a reply from Domino's asking them to mail their complaint. I am not sending another freaking email to you guys, I have sent so many trying to reach out to you.

Very poor service. This outlet is severely under staffed. The quality of food is even worse. Here's my experience.

The lady taking my order did not inform me prior that they accept only cash payment. When asked why no card payment or online payment, she said machine is down. I said for Google pay, you just need to display a scan code. She did not have any answer.

Requested her to inform the chef to ensure cheese she toppings are adequate. I informed her last time I noticed that they had cut corners, which is why I came personally to pick up the order. Still I found that the quality of the product was not up to the mark.

I noticed several other customers waiting for 5-10 minutes just to place the order because they were under staffed and not available at the reception to take new orders. Also I had to wait 10 minutes to receive my balance amount in cash because they did not have the change. This shows they are not prepared to handle customers.

When I requested them to provide a feedback book, I was informed that they don't have one. There was no manager available to handle issues. This was very poor and shows attention is not given to service at all.

I would encourage this particular outlet staff and owner to visit the Domino's outlet in Kodaikanal. They provide exemplary service and quality product without cost cutting measures. When people in hills can live up to the reputation of the company, I am led to believe that the Sai Baba colony outlet is intentionally engaging in cheating customers.

Tip to potential customers: please save your money and time, invest in the other much better pizzerias in the area. You'll end up...
