Dear Domino’s Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the repeated delay in delivering my recent food orders. On 4 June 2025 and again on 5 June 2025, my orders were significantly delayed, causing not only inconvenience but also disappointment—especially given that I chose Domino’s expecting timely service.
Despite your brand's commitment to “30 minutes or free,” neither order was delivered on time, and no appropriate compensation or explanation was provided. Having this happen once is frustrating, but for it to happen again the very next day is unacceptable.
I hope you understand how inconvenient and unprofessional this experience has been. I expect Domino’s to take responsibility and provide an explanation and a resolution for this issue. At the very least, I would appreciate an assurance that this won’t happen again, along with appropriate compensation for the repeated inconvenience.
Please look into this matter urgently. This is one of the poorest services I have experienced so far from a company like Domino’s.

Read moreI placed a pizza order through the Domino’s app at 7:09 PM, but I only received it by 8:32 PM — more than an hour later! There was no contact number available in the app to follow up. Finally, at 8:10 PM, the delivery person called and said, “We’re starting to make your pizza only now. Should we proceed or cancel?” Seriously? Why did I wait for over an hour just to hear that?
To make it worse, the delivery person spoke very rudely to me. The app showed the pizza as “delivered” even though they hadn’t even started making it. This kind of misleading tracking and poor customer service is unacceptable.
More than time I’ve had issues. I’ve experienced problems at multiple Domino’s branches. Here’s my personal rating based on past experiences:

Read morePizza, service and the location are all great. The employees cleaned up the tables immediately without being asked by the customers.
We ordered a water bottle and they missed to add it part of the bill and we had to bill it again separately. They did not repeat the order to ensure correctness.
No regular size pizza was available and no combo was available either. They should have anticipated people coming during the weekends. Not sure if its some sort of business plan to show revenue.
Restroom was very muddy and dirty
4 out of 5 air conditioners weren't working for about 3 weeks and it was hot inside the location, mixed with the oven heat. Although manager was courteous enough to understand the customer grievance, action needs to be taken to fix such facility issues in the better interest of the customer proactively.
