I had the pleasure of dining at [GANESH MESS] last night, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! The moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality.

Food: The [Masaala Dosa] was cooked to perfection, with flavors that danced on our taste buds. · The Idiki was equally impressive, with tender meat and a rich, velvety sauce.

Service: i don’t know his name but he is old guy he helped us to lot as he knows only Tamil , was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The staff ensured that our glasses were always full and our needs were met promptly.

Ambiance: The restaurant's decor was elegant and sophisticated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The only restaurant where I found hand wash liquid I meant properly liquid else everywhere you will get some colourful water for washing hands.

These guys are looting in name of complimentary, me and my husband ordered pongal 1 plate,2 coffees and masala dosa, the waiter upfrontly kept 1-1 medu wada in our plates and we said we didn't order these, he said it is extra from our side, 😄 later in payments these gold diggers included that 2 wada 30 rs, (it's not matter of money, but this is wrong in name of complimentary) We asked them and the owner, he said you are , you pay, if you didn't want ask them to remove, this was utter nonsense, if we really wanted wadas wouldn't we order it initially? Why the hell did he kept in our plates that to not seperately , inside the plate which was served to us, was this really right way of saying complimentary and looting? And sorry to say food was edible but I have obviously had better pongal and masala dosa in Isha foundation and medu wada in ooty station, In this restaurant even the the potato was uncooked in masala dosa,...

We had lunch at this place based on suggestion from a local friend after tired of eating other unknown places. Truly the food is marvellous and very hygiene. They have paid attention to every detail to ensure food is healthy and tasty. Even dessert is prepared with absolute care. We enjoyed the lunch and would recommend others to visit instead of trying other unhygienic places.

Best thing is their excellent service. The serving person was very helpful to accommodate all the wishes of my 4 years daughter with out showing any expressions, helped with all the curries even when required extra and was very helpful. Owner was observing and ensuring all customers are taken proper care. Very hard to find this kind of hotels in tourist places as generally the mindset will be different.
