Hotel Chola — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

First, they will not respond properly. We are customers, but they act like we are begging for something from them. While cooking, I watched many times the cooking masters were using cool lips, hans, and many drugs with their hands, and they were not washing and continuously cooking the food, while on the same hand they were putting salt, masala, and everything. Many small kids and ladies are having food in this hotel. Please consider this and make a surprise food ride at all hotels in Coimbatore for future safety.

Waiting for a parcel is not a big deal. But for a simple parcel, they made me wait for an hour, and I asked the person to parcel my dish even though he had already sent the same dish earlier and ignored me and was not responding to me.

Disappointed and not expected service from Chola hotels. Ordered Egg Kothu parota, Chilli parota which is served without onion pachadi and chalna. ALSO WITHOUT EVEN SPOON 🥄

CHICKEN FRIED RICE 🍚 was salt less also without Spoon, tomto sauce served after we asked server. Also nobody was there in hotel for dining.

CHICKEN NOODLES was worst on its taste 😑😑 🍜🍝

Wash bashin was not available with tissue paper and hand wash...

One of the worst service compare to other marudhamalai side hotel, already prepared chicken rice provided by this hotel, chicken are bad smell, and this marudhamalai chola branch only run for money and profit ,they does not care for customers health , My personal opinion don't try this hotel after 8 PM they provide old smelly chicken and already prepared...
