On 9th Oct-2021, requested for Wheel chair for 3 days from 27th Oct-2021. Availability was confirmed by the lady who responded over phone. Then I requested for formalities of booking, payment of security deposit etc., iver WhatsApp & phone As there was no response, again over phone & WhatsApp, the response by one Mr.Rajan was embarrassing and confusing. He asked,"what to do if someone books for that day?" When we are ready to confirm booking by paying money, how someone will take? He says,"You come on that day & take it"
