Hotel STM Palace — Hotel in South Zone

This was my 1st business trip and the check-in was smooth I had got an early check-in. 1st day The room was good but the bedsheet cover was not changed it had blood stain marks in red colour told them to have it changed not done. 2nd day looks like everything was fine and in the evening the washroom light was not working informed no one turned up and the television is totally waste to switch on it gets stuck every 5 minutes when I asked them the person told here it has a problem. 3rd day room cleaning was done if it was on guest request at least for courtesy they should have asked. During check-out told the front desk person to send a person for luggage no one came. unfortunately I had left my clothing in the hotel called them the next day the person told we will keep it once you come we can handover it. Further to this I had to move to Ooty I had a 4 days stay over there and returned to Coimbatore to collect my clothing and booked my train from Coimbatore for this only. When I approached they said sorry we don't have any information from the concern person whom I spoke to. They called the concern person but he didn't pickup the call. Their solution was you can give me your address we can deliver it and courier charges to be paid by the guest for this miscommunication. So I had to leave the place. I called the hotel to speak to the concern person he says sorry for the trouble I will get it done since it's 5 days till now no responses from the hotel. Very poor management not recommended to anyone for 1 night stay also.

The ultimate thing is they charge 1800 Net with breakfast, wifi, drinking water on request only & towels, soap, shampoo & safe lock. Located on the main road (Thadagam Road) from Gandhi park to TNAU university. In adequate car parking. Bathroom water not flowing. Even if we report to the administration, they will not attend. Internet not working. TV will not function. AC will not work. Poor management. For a family of 3 persons, they will allot a 2 bedroom. Advise us to adjust. Oh my god... We have booked a 3 person bedroom. How they expect us to adjust in a 2 bedroom. God only knows. Very average...

We stayed for 2 days in this hotel. Worth for the money spent. It has got, Friendly staff Covered car parking Work place in the room we checked in Godrej Locker facility available. Smart TV with Internet, prime, Netflix and hotstar accounts accessible to guests. As you enjoy watching, chefs who can prepare fresh food as you order and relish eating.
