Hotel Jharokha — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Worst place to eat in Coonoor, poor management. They took 40 mins to serve one glass of water. At first they took my order after 20 mins and after another 20 mins when I asked the status of my order, they didn't know what order I placed. They retook my order which of course didn't come in less than 20 mins. Summary- it took more than 60 minutes to get my order. The first waiter who took my order is a child, he kept shouting in the whole restaurant, misplaced orders of multiple customers. 2 couple just stood up and left due to this. Basically this restaurant doesn't know how to handle an influx of customers. It was utter chaos.
