HOTEL NEW RAJA GANAPATHY — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Last Thursday plan to have some snacks and coffee .but there is nothing ready evening around Five .what ever we asked they said it ll getting ready atleast fifteen minutes.finially we ordered and have sambhar Vada and filter coffee but both nothing good that sambhar no hot and that coffee too very bad last powdered coffee ☕☕☕ too much sugar even we said before less sugar but then given high sugar with out hot nothing else to say.we are not satisfied to had in the evening busy time they are not good customer service and customer care....pls the owner should monitor specially in the evening pick hours when we saw lots of customer for the poor service and not available what ever customer need so lots of people away from that hotel .pls try to give a better service .ur hotel in main place if ll u give best r better service lots of customer ll come and have...

I have been there to this hotel recently for having breakfast. This veg hotel is close to the temple so if you are going for darshan you can park the car in the temple parking and walk to this hotel. The service was really good, the person who took the order was very courteous. The order got delivered quick and the taste of the food was really good too. They have quite a bit of varieties in the menu. The mini tiffin they served can be improved a little in terms of quantity. Apart from that everything looks good. Food is good. But the service is very poor. Entire hotel had only two serving staff and only one set of side dish utensils (sambhar & chutney bucket) which has to be passed on to all the tables when we went. The service was very very slow because of this and would not recommend if you are visiting...
