I Dono y I’m giving this single star , this place is pathetic ,as today been to this restaurant ,saw the crowd and thought it’s like v famous place in the town ,as it was crowded they asked me to wait for sum fine ,but as soon v got the table v ordered biryani ,kaaju chicken curry sum naans and roti with dal ,white rice etc ,but they took a lot of time to serve ,v had waited for at least 20 min ,people who came after us they were getting the food v early but v were looking at each other Dono wat to do ,then finally v got the food as soon I tasted the kaju chicken it was worst ,got 4 pieces all of them was not cooked properly and all were breast pieces ,couldn’t chew it properly & biryani was v worst ,I got only one piece and that too again big breast piece & not cooked at all ,eventually had only 1 spoon of dal & it was also v v poor ,complained abt the chicken but was not satisfied with the response.finally had to get packed all the food and I gave it to one of a beggar ,who was at the bus stop . Ordered for alfaham , chicken malai tikka for starters, Biryani and chicken mughlai and naan for main course. After a wait, the waiter got everything in one go, and the food was already cold. We again gad to ask for tissues and cutlery to eat. When I asked the waiter why starters were not served first as per common sense, he casually replied "kya karein sir"!. And having lived in Hyderabad, the biryani is not at all authentic, So, you can waste your hard earned money with GST, if you don't know what is actual hyderabadi food. We had maggi and tea at a roadside stall near Shooting point earlier and they know what customer service is all about. For a family atmosphere there's a big tv and sound system...
Read moreIf I had an option of giving a zero star rating then I definitely would have done it. The food quality sucks to the core. All the dishes we ordered were not up to the mark. We had to struggle to find cheese in the cheese garlic naan that we had ordered and even after numerous attempts me and my friends were unsuccessful in finding cheese in it. When the name of a restaurant has BIRYANI in it one would safely assume that it's their best dish, and yet again we were disappointed, the biryani was below standards, I refuse to call it a BIRYANI in the first place. I think the management should seriously consider changing the name of this place. And lastly their super slow service makes things even worse. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMIES. IT WAS AN HORRIBLE...
