Recently i visited this place and really it remebers the original madurai style parotta and salna..

Complete disaster. As a Maduraiite...I am aware of various Parotta recipes and Saalna/Servaa taste. I guess...the existing reviews are paid reviews because I went without much expectations but found the taste and varieties below par. The Saalna/Servaa taste is lame...just like road side eateries. Tried both veg and chicken Servaa. They were just watery and bland. No even below average taste. Also overrated Rs. 20 parotta. They were unevenly cooked and bun parotta is unhealthy s witnessed the oil usage. Personnel were not attentive too. They were just there but no use. Had to call them multiple times. Only saving grace is Kalakki as I clearly instructed it to be semi-cooked with serva. Chicken fry was hard and was just like road side shop. Don't fall prey too many...

🤔 Why under rated?? I am ordering 3rd time in this shop. The shop owner listened to my instructions carefully and he customised the egg lappa into our Dindigul style egg parotta. Parotta was really madurai style. well cooked and very soft. Many shops say their parota as madurai parotta. But one of the best parottas i tried in Chennai with Madurai touch.

They gave 3 salnas which were well matched with all our main dish.
