Urgent: Complaint Regarding HEAVY PLASTIC PIECE in Food

Dear Manager, Hotel Murugan Idli Shop, Aryagowda Rd,West Mambalam, Chennai,

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an terrible experience I had during my recent at your hotel.

On 20/03/2025, I was purchased the Variety rice (sambar & tamarid), at your Murugan Idli Shop, Aryagowda Road,West Mambalam, Chennai and Discovered a HEAVY PLASTIC PIECE in my food and shocked luckily not swollen. This post a significant safety concern to customers, and I immediately brought the issue to the attention of your staff directly store & over the phone to Manager. However, I have not received any proper response from the hotel Management regarding my complaint.

As a customer, I expect both quality service and safety standards to be a priority. I kindly request that you look into this issue promptly and provide an appropriate resolution.

Yesterday, I had a worst experience here at this Murugan Idly restaurant in Arya Gowda Road, West Mambalam. I went along with my brother to take a parcel as we are going through lockdown in Chennai. My brother wanted to use their bathroom/urinal and requested the cashier to help him with it. The guy rudely denied saying there is no facility in their restaurant. When my brother asked how do you all manage, the guy says they urinate in plastic water bottles and throw it away later. He says you also do that in case you have an urgency to urinate. Such a dirty guy being appointed as a cashier is a restaurant like Murugan Idly. I felt like vomitting then and there. He didn't even mind to speak such words in front of a lady/girl. We just threw the parcel in the dustbin and walked away thinking how dirty their kitchen must be. Yuck!!! I will never visit this place nor recommend this...

I Bought Jigarthanda from this shop and taste is utter bad and not at all worth it for the money. When I returned the Jigarthanda as its not good, the shopkeeper is telling more than 10 customer ordered Jigarthanda today and no one complain about the taste and he commented your tongue might have lose the taste. I have gently asked them to provide good taste and don't fool the customers. Very worst shop for Jigarthanda... I'll suggest don't buy Jigarthanda from this shop. The last thing is there is no ice cream at all they are showing the ice cream box and it is already melted and looking like a water. I told them ice cream as to be in scoop and it will not melt soon. Totally nting is good. Very bad manager and supplier as they are not willing to hear my feedback and in return they are talking to me in sarcastic way.... Don't buy Jigarthanda....
