Bakya Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I want to share about my experience of eating dinner in this hotel first we ordered dosa it came after 1 hour and between that we ordered bakya spl biryani and paneer biryani combo who is biriyani lover don't ever try this if u try this u will go to West mambalam hospital and for dosas no chutney, sambar only vadacurry and we ordered chilli paneer it's literally like a stone we can build a house with that brick paneer and next we ordered chilli Gobi it's like fresh cauliflower cutted and fryed and he gave it. Service is so poor and if u want to try my experience please visit this hotel u will fill with LOL because of the way of characters in that hotel but be careful cashier is too angry and don't forget to get some changes with u becoz they doesn't have change they have only 500, 2000 notes it's a busiest hotel in...

A new branch of Bakya (shifted from next street) a few months ago. Unlike the old place, this looks like a restaurant. I've been a regular to their station road restaurant ( now it's not like earlier as the staff needs training in attending customers. They're completely relaxed and just don't bother)

I had gone for lunch and wanted to try brinji rice as it was available. To my surprise, it turned out to be just rice with a few vegetables added. No flavour at all. I've been visiting their station road branch and food used to be decent. Suggest that they taste the food before serving . To the owner - pl visit the restaurants at regular intervals and also check with customers for FEEDBACK ( no signage anywhere...

The person who is packing food for take away he deliberately reduces the quantity of food that he is packing and doesn't heed to our request to provide proper quantity. He acts like he doesn't even know what he is doing, I saw that they have kept packets and containers of the appropriate size of packing for take away but for no use.

In the end the customer who is paying for the same amount of money for take away is being scammed and deprived of value compared to the customer who is dining in.

The restaurant management also does not look into this properly, they have a warm and welcoming smile until you pay for the food and after that...
