One of the worst restaurant noone should order...It happened 2 times...Once I order crab pattu and schwan prawn noodles...It was scrap...The puttu was full of shells...In the noodle not more than one piece of prawn was ter...I paid near Rs.550 plus...I have called the restaurant to address the issue they Cooly said they didnt notice...When your charging more please try to provide the good service and quality for it.
2nd time I was looking for restaurant to order non veg food again this restaurant was open through zomato and I placed the order by 9.30 am, since most of the restaurants didnt accept orders since they get open only by 11 or 11.30 am. They accepted the order and the zomato delivery person reached there to pick up food. They have informed him that order will be prepared by only 11.30 am. They are playing smart just for getting order they accepted it. They dont even have courtesy to call back n inform customer. It's been 1 hour I am trying to reach them through there different lines no response. When small restaurant can provide transparent and truth business a big restaurant like you fall in short of basic ethics.
Dont you guys know wat I am ordering whether its available with you or not. If not reject the order, rather making customers to wait for more than 2 hours.
I should have actually rate 0 for there service since there is no option I have given 1 star.
I am sharing my worst experince...So think twice before ordering in...
Read moreDuring a recent team lunch at this hotel, I experienced a rather disappointing service. The poor service was evident as we had to wait for around 20 minutes for each item we ordered. While waiting isn't uncommon, it was exacerbated by the fact that only one person was responsible for taking orders and managing the entire dining area.
Our initial order was for Mandi rice, which arrived after a substantial 30-minute wait. However, the Mandi rice didn't quite live up to expectations; it resembled more of a biryani in taste rather than the authentic Mandi flavor.
On a positive note, the starters such as the fish finger, chicken grilled and tandoori items were quite delectable, delivering a satisfying taste. Unfortunately, the same couldn't be said for the prawns, which were overcooked and exhibited a rubbery texture. Furthermore, the kola urundai was overly salty, affecting its overall enjoyment.
The dining experience concluded with faluda, which did manage to salvage some points with its pleasant taste. Nevertheless, the waiting time for the faluda was approximately 30 minutes, reflecting a consistent trend of delays.
In terms of pricing, the hotel's rates are in the moderate range. However, it's evident that improvements are needed in various aspects. Extending the menu availability and focusing on enhancing the taste and quality of dishes would undoubtedly contribute to a more satisfying experience...
Read moreI recently visited this restaurant and tried two dishes – the 65 Biryani and Honey Garlic Chicken.
Starting with the 65 Biryani, I found it to be quite different from the traditional version I’m used to. The flavor profile was unique, perhaps an experimental twist, but personally, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The spices and texture felt off compared to the usual spicy, well-balanced 65 Biryani, which I usually enjoy. If you're someone who prefers the classic version, this might not be your favorite.
On the other hand, the Honey Garlic Chicken was a pleasant surprise. It was cooked perfectly, with a nice balance of sweetness from the honey and a mild kick from the garlic. The glaze was flavorful without being overpowering, and the chicken itself was tender and juicy. I would definitely recommend this dish to anyone visiting — it stood out as the highlight of the meal.
As for the ambience, it was fairly average. The setting was clean and comfortable, but there wasn’t anything particularly memorable about the decor or atmosphere. It’s a decent place for a casual meal but don’t expect anything fancy or upscale.
Overall:
65 Biryani – 2.5/5
Honey Garlic Chicken – 4.5/5
Ambience – 3/5
If you're planning a visit, I’d say skip the 65 biryani and go straight for the Honey...
