Read moreThis is the second worst place of PS4. You will rarely be taken care by any service guys and they will be running here and there for nothing as every table will waiting for food and we were not sure for whom they are running.
Finally we found that they are running because they don’t want to take the order as they are incapable cooks who delays your food, thus these service guys getting bad name from customers so they run from kitchen to restaurant and don’t even look at the customer as they scar of taking orders.
After all these dramas we waited and ordered food and they brought one set poori after 45 mins. That too after asking the service lady who answered as if we came for free food. No politeness, no respect to elderly people and no courtesy.
Food also tastes very worst. Not worth for the money at all.
At last a 60+ elderly women ordered and waiting for the coffee for more than 20mins, even after requesting the service lady thrice, she said, wait if you want or you can cancel. They were sitting and waiting after having breakfast for the coffee, this service lady came to the table and asking in a loud tone to leave the table and go out as you can have coffee standing outside also. This is the worst part which never ever heard from any small restaurants or hotels.
This service lady’s act to customer and an elderly 60+ aged women is an inhuman activity and frustrating. Please better be in hungry and search for other better restaurants or a road side eateries than visiting this worst restaurant...
Read moreWe had a very bitter experience as family yesterday evening, because of worst behavior from one of the staff there (do not know his name). Right from beginning while taking order his reply was rude and supplied one item wrongly than what we ordered. When we asked for the replacement he took back the supplied item and have not returned with replacement. We were waiting assuming the replacement item is getting ready. After waiting for long time, we called and checked. He informed that the said item is not available.
We got so frustrated as he was not even bothered to tell us non-availability of ordered item having known that we are waiting. We feel he purposefully avoided us to cover-up his mistake. We left the place after paying bill for remaining items. My wife has to come out of restaurant without dinner. We gone to a different restaurant nearby for my wife to have dinner.
I see this person is not fit for customer-facing task in the front-end considering the way he dealt us yesterday. He needs counselling if at all he is made to continue in front-end job. Management should look into if they have similar report on him already by other customers and take appropriate steps.
