Pizza Hut | R S Puram, Coimbatore — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

We recently visited the Pizza Hut branch at R.S. Puram and wanted to order the ₹99 combo that includes 4 items. We couldn’t find it on the menu, so we asked the waiter about it. He pointed to a few pizzas and then walked away without explaining further. We ended up ordering those pizzas by scanning the menu, assuming it was part of the combo. However, we only received the pizzas and not the other items mentioned in the combo. When we asked about the missing items, the staff told us the combo is only valid if ordered directly with them, not through the scanned menu. As customers, how are we supposed to know that? Despite our request, they refused to provide the remaining items, even though we were charged the same amount. This kind of experience felt very unprofessional and misleading. If such combos are not available through online menu orders, it should be clearly communicated. Otherwise, what's the point of promoting...

I placed order a Pizza on 21/03/2024 around 8:30 PM and Pizza Hut app confirmed my order and update with delivery by 9:03 PM. But I got my delivery at 11:20 PM. That too I called customer care twice, called Store manager twice, still no proper response. I went to the store directly at 10:40 PM and they told the delivery guy is out to deliver to my address, but he reached my house at 11:20 PM. This is seriously not acceptable and this is worst experience I had. I better to avoid pizza hut in future. Delay in delivery for 5 to 10 mins is acceptable, but not 2 hours 20 minutes. This is seriously not acceptable in any condition. Moreover not even single call from any one regarding delay in my order to deliver.

More over the pizza which I received at 11:20 PM was cold, looks like it was prepared atleast one hour before.

There's no place in that hub which makes me happy like this one does. Easy to locate and it is quite connected with the shopping zone. Parking is ample with wider road space. The outlet is maintained damn good and the staffs are so knowledged with the needs of customers. The dining space is organised and looks better comparing to other such restaurants. There's a reasonable amount of time spent with no appropriate orders, loitering is bad at busy times but they handled it well. The food is appetizing, shoppers could make a visit during their shopping time easily. Happy hour food specials is a must-try on the menu when you visit, they're there to serve the purpose.
