What a joke of a café.

Went to The Chocolate Room with my friends expecting a chill vibe and good food. Big mistake. Honestly, I don’t even know where to start because almost everything we ordered was a disaster.

The pizza was just meh. Not disgusting, but not something I’d ever order again.

White sauce pasta? Absolute bland mess. No flavor, just a sad bowl of cream and regret.

KitKat milkshake came with ice cubes. Yes, ICE CUBES in a milkshake. Who thought that was a good idea? It tasted like diluted chocolate water.

Brownie milkshake was a total joke – looked pale, tasted worse. Where was the brownie? Did someone just whisper "brownie" over a glass of milk and call it a day?

The hot chocolate was straight-up embarrassing. Weak, watery, and barely warm. Felt like I was drinking a tired memory of what hot chocolate should be.

Cheese fries – soggy, sad, and smothered in cheap sauce. No crunch, no love, just disappointment.

The sandwich? Rock-hard bread. Literally hurt to bite. I’ve had better sandwiches at gas stations.

The chocolate bomb was the ONLY decent thing on the table. One good item out of eight. Congrats, I guess?

I came here to chill, eat good food, and catch up with friends. Instead, I spent the whole time wondering why I chose this overpriced mess of a café. Huge letdown. Never again.

Loved it more than anything else The kind of chocolate varieties we get here are amazing and I can never imagine such a wonderful and tasty chocolate recipies without chocolate room Guys..chocolate bomb is some Thing mandatory here each and everyone should try chocolate bomb... And secondly milkshakes..woah what tastes are they giving..I had never imagined a shake with such quality and taste..go and try all the varieties..I know it is difficult to try everything in a single visit..so I am giving you a brief intro about the food ..I am sure you people will surely like all the varieties and last but not least..the place is some Thing which is undescribable..I loved the place to heaven. I am sure about you liking this place. The chocolate room is located in gandhipuram Coimbatore. You can book an ola or uber to reach the place..which the driver clearly knows the place.. Or u can take you own transport to reach the place where Google maps are very helpful. So I encourage you people to visit the lovely place the chocolate room and I am sure this is going to be your favourite place too. I think I am helpful to each and every one who tries get a detailed info about the chocolate room..this is my first time giving such a long and clear review. Thank you all for reading such long...

Horrible experience.

I used to love this place and my family is a regular here. So I was really excited to pay them a visit with my friends. However I was extremely disappointed as their quality isn’t the same as it used to be.

We ordered their renowned Chocolate bomb and the Classic Chocolate Granita which used to be my favourite. Both of them weren’t as good as they used to be. I guess unfortunately the pandemic has taken a toll on the quality of their products.

They didn’t have in stock of my other favourite - Chocolate Lava lava, which was a bummer :(

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. But being a chocolate lover, I’ll still be rooting for them and I really hope they pick themselves up from here and improve the quality of their food.
