I feel so. breakfast is served at room. it will be good if consumed warm... pathetic car parking. unprofessional staff who woke me at 5am for wrong reasons

For any foreigners/tourist thinking on booking this hotel. Please don't:

The hotel next door made an mistake by overbooking my room. It was 23:45, thus needed an room close quick. The manager of Hotel Comfort told me he still had a room which was 2000 ruppees. I looked online and there it stated the room was only 1100 ruppees and showed him this. He was like: sure, book online! Thus I called my office back at home who started the booking. But in the meanwhile he closed the online booking, thus I was unable to proceed with the booking. I confronted him with this, for which he said: this is normal due to some technical issue. CLEARLY HE WAS CHEATING ME. But due to the time I needed the room which costs me in the end alot more then normal.

The room itself is really bad. Dirty and old. Breakfast is bad.

Skip this hotel please....

I able to refer some of our Middle East visitors to stay in comfort Hotel, all of our Middle East visitors who stayed in Comfort hotel shared same comment that “Name of hotel itself showcases it service – that is nothing but comfort with elegance of customer service”. Since people in hospitality industry know that, it’s very tough satisfy, Indian born Middle East settled citizens, especially when they are from Kerala – that’s show your quality of service. Very very poor service by them...i booked 3rooms for my guests, and my guests was not able to come due to some issues.. There was no refund policy also, then I asked the keys to stay for myself atlast... They denied saying that guest have to come.... I showed all the details that I only booked and paid details.. But still they were like 'we won't accept'... There was no alternative option for that room atall... They didn't give keys... They didn't refund... Nothing!!! I would have made it a bigger issue but having with these cheap hotels make our standards down.. There were 2of them... Receptionist and one more man sitting inside... Didn't evn respond me and made me stand for more than 30mins.. I showed every detail that I booked..... No use.. They...
