Never ever, ever never go to this restaurant. Such rude behaviour of staff. This is particularly about MARTIN (Supervisior he calls himself his attitude matter)They think customers come and eat at free of cost. We visited on Sunday Evening (10/10) getting down at Perambur station we spotted this restaurant just in front we ventured inside. There was huge crowd. One side online orders were going and other side all tables were occupied. They waiter advised we can try 1st floor. When I entered I saw 8-10 tables with chairs/sofa is kept as reserved. When enquired that supervisor called MARTIN said he can’t manage crowd he wants less only here so he can do tense free job. I requested him if we can sit as we are from long train journey and order food you can deliver the same even after 15-20’mins he was very rude and he sounded as I quote “ ONE DAY CUSTOMER COMES AND OTHER DAY NO RUSH FOR THIS YOU WANT ME TO HIRE 15 PEOPLE AND TRAIN AND PAY THEM SALARY?? I got shocked as I requested for a reason why it’s not being serviced as there’s heavy crowd and people are standing he didn’t even bothered to hear anything and he was happily ordering his juniors in loud voice hey do this hey do that. But he seems to be doing nothing. Such a pathetic pathetic customer etiquette. Also I’ve seen couple of waiters happily sneezing while taking the cooked food to customer. I’ve enough evidence to complain GCC on this issue. This is a one small sample on how easily they make people gather and get Covid for free. Read moreVery poor quality of food. Actually I wanted to give "0" Star. I may go with street food instead of going there. Absolutely waste of money. They had de fancy lightings and air-conditioned, that's it their food was really pathetic not sufficient as well very lesser quantity only they are providing. The mushroom soup had only corn starch and it's not hot when they serve. And with the air-condition it's turned up as cold soup. And the golden corn fry, oh my God. They provide a plate laying with 8 to 10pcs of corn tat also spit into quarter. So hardly they spend 2 or 3 baby corns for that. But charged really high. And the taste also very bitter and salty doesn't feel the savoury flavour. And too much of oil as well, it seems like oil soaked golden corn... And technically it's not look like golden in colour as I guess they didn't fry on high flame it's just a yellow, can see the food colour visibly. And the naan was good. But the planner butter masala not really happy with that and chapati was utter flop, that also really very bitter in taste. I don't know why their foods are mostly bitter taste... They don’t even know how to pack foods ... they did all nonsense ... we are travelling in train and we have food which does not have any curries . We ordered 2 packages saying clearly we are travelling and made two orders one for home and one for travel. They packed all curries into one packet and sent home and the next packet is given to us owhich has only dosa, idly and no curries .... when we call and ask them they just say that’s their practice ... what nonsense service .. they are not even bothered to answer with responsibility.
