I recently attended Royal Cakes’ Brownie and Cakes session, and it was such a delightful and enriching experience. The class was well-structured, with clear instructions and step-by-step guidance. What I loved most was how Fatima mam explained not just the recipes but also the techniques and little tips that make a big difference in baking. I never imagined that brownies could be so rich, moist, and delicious while still being wholesome!

Mam was very patience and friendly, teaching style made the entire session enjoyable and easy to follow. She created such a positive atmosphere where all our doubts were clarified, and she encouraged us to try things hands-on.

Inspired by this, I also joined her Class online, and once again, it was an amazing learning journey. Even though it was virtual, the session felt interactive, clear, and practical.

I needed a cake class desperately, searched so much. Through google review and also based on quick response on our queries on classes ,timing and pricing I was much more impressed and joined Royal Cakes and Baking Classes. At first day onwards I gained confidence I am at right place. Mam is such an angel, she can teach anybody on making a perfect cake. She does teach so precisely with even small small tips detaily. She is always calm with a little smile, her teaching way is awesome, no words to describe. She concentrates on each and every person and teaches on their mistakes. I always wanted a mentor and she is the right person for that. I just started with eggless cake and hope to learn all her classes. Royal cakes has been one of my best finds for cake in Coimbatore. I have tried lot of places but have felt anything as good as her cakes. The soft, spongy cakes that would just melt away in our mouth. Before i found her, we would always get just half a kg cake for all our birthdays and tht would stay in our frnd or days together and finally we would land up disposing it. But from the time we get from it's become 1kg cake always and it would be over in seconds. Forget about storing it even for the next day. Not just her cakes but all the dessert that she makes is also super yummy in the tummy. It just goes slrruuppp. She is so friendly, and patient enough to listen to all the customization that we tell her and gives us a cake which would exceed our expectations at a very very reasonable price..
