Extremely worst experience
This shows that we should not go just by the brand name so called "Saravana Bhavan". It is a self service hotel but they literally behaved like No SERVICE If you are not truly interested to run a hotel, please shut the business and go, don't trouble common people like us, What a lethargic attitude these people have, Yesterday night we ordered a quick dinner, Chola poori and Mushroom Masala Dosa. We waited for so long time to have food on our plate but there was only one master to serve the whole hotel, please imagine how much time it'll take.
The Quick dinner includes ice cream as part of the menu , but they had not given it in the first place, we kept on asking for several times, then one servant brought it, the plate was not clean, they are behaving as if we are eating for free, Mainly the icecream was horrible, and it tasted like an expired one. When we complained to the In-charge, he's saying that it's the flavour... What rubbish is this, don't we know how the icecream would taste?
The Refrigerator itself clearly showed that all the ice-creams were expired one, in such case why to include the spoiled ones in the menu and charge cost for it..
If you continue this attitude, you'll definitely face serious consequences, BETTER SHUT THE HOTEL and do some other business with minimum...

Read moreVery poor, I ordered 2 plain dosa, 1 set idiyappam and 1 set idli. All were tastes badly. Infact chutney is almost spoiled one I don't know how dare they are serving it to customers, I complained the same to the manager but no action had taken that's the weird thing. Overall bill came around 299 Rupees which is totally utter waste. Better try some other good hotels. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. Nowadays Saravana Bhavan hotels are very poor in taste...
