From 2014 A Customer here . Quality degrades from 2014. Lot of dishes in AC is a mess during Lunch and dinner time. Terrible soup - WASTE OF MONEY & health.
Quality Down- A/C and 1st FLOOR CHOATIC Messed up Venue-Excellent to worst food quality.
The new Manager and the Chairman for this has made it like a 90s ROADSIDE HOTEL serving in BANANA leaf - HALF Baked service.
GRAVY and Sides are in a Degrade mode with the recipe including the quality.
Lunch time Downstairs is a WARZONE.
AC Service has no proper dishes available when we order. SHOCKING they do have their green salads and trying to give excuses. Very Pathetic breads for Punjabi sides. Indo Chinese needs improvement with the recipe.
PUNJABI and Indo Chinese food not cooked properly, and the breads are not hot enough- Looks like Indos Chinese tasting mediocre

Around 1.30pm went along with my family to First Floor of the Hotel which is AC Hall , but it was crowded and peoples were on waitlisted ,myself gave name and number of pax1+2 total 3 PAX the person noted my name and request me to wait.
He was started to call the customers once vacant arise in the dining hall, already 30 minutes passed , I have noticed one thing , he was calling customers who registered after me , and there was no clue of calling me, then went him and asked for reason for neglect us , for that he was replied due to heavy rush he could not make it ,so again asked me to wait. Then I took the name list which he was having and shocked on seeing the list , reason is he has allowed 4 families whom registered after me ,and one interesting thing is they were all north Indians. Then I left silently and complaint to floor supervisor in ground floor and got standard reply from him
Why he intentionally allowed North Indian?my assumption is ,we Tamilians will have mostly meals typically in afternoon which is less revenue for them, instead if they allow north Indian they will have broad variety of meal and will get more revenue nobody going to notice this , may be this was happening on Instruction from hotel management
