Shree saravanabhavan classic -

Located on omalur main road, opposite - new bus stand. One of the oldest hotels in Salem.

Street parking is available but difficult to find space, private parking space is not available. Ambience is good.

Quality of the food is good and tastes good. Must try - ghee roast, poori masala, idly, spring onion uttapam, chola patura, paniyaram, parotta, chapati. priced high.

All good here ! Fully hygienic ! From inside, compared to outside of restaurant

Entrance from omalur main road is good, but side ways - there is no proper flooring for the passage entry. Need to jump some under construction pathway to enter restaurant from sideways.

Pricing is expensive. Staffs are well caring and prompt in service.

Customers and staff are humans, customers treated well and taken care is appreciated but treat staffs properly. The hotel has to treat staff with proper facilities like providing a bench or a staff room for them to take rest at break time. Having coffee/tea - Sitting in the generator room. Doesn't look nice.

Otherwise all good....

Took this Hotel for Dinner.

It was Crowded when I Went and Had Table after 5 Mins.

Had Some Variety but Prices are Expensive. Ghee Roast Cost 160 😳🙃.

Plain Dosa is like a Uttappam type and Roast is like a Regular Plain Dosa and ask the Waiter before ur Order.

Service is Ok and Decent .

I Hope and Expect some Banana Leaf for Plates if the Hotel is Maintaining this Price.

Veg meals (unlimited) price 120 comes with rice, sambar, kootu, poriyal, payasam, rosemilk, paruppu podi, rasam, puli kolambhu, curd, papad, keerai... Definitely worth it must try no msg added feels like home full

Mini meals price 110 comes with sambar rice, vegetable biriyani, curd rice and 1 sweet - not worth for 110 low quantity but taste wise it was good...
