Extremely disappointed with the service at Hotel Sree Bhavan. I went for a simple takeaway—just two idlis. The food itself was nothing special, just average and forgettable. But the real issue was the attitude of the staff.
When I asked politely for a bit of extra sambar, they gave it. But when I requested chutney, which is a basic part of an idli meal, the server outright refused. No reason, no explanation—just a straight "no." For a paid order, this kind of behavior is unacceptable.

Read moreI was eating here for the last 5 days, tried their meals, mini meals, dosa coffee.
Their meals are really good, rice quantity is abundant for 1 person. Meals cost is also very budget friendly just Rs. 90 , and you get a bowl of rice, curd, kuttu, poriyal, and sweets, sambar, rasam, karkulumbu, and more. All items are nice and no complaints on the food quantity and quality side.
Mini meals are good as well , you get sambar rice ,veg biryani, curd rice, chapati with courma and poriyal and sweets. Enough for a person.
I had plain dosa with coffee, they gave coconut chutney and tomato chutney along with sambar.
Service is swift and all the staff are courtages, the tables were clean and even glass was clean not like read...

I have never had anything like that happen to me before. To say the least, I will not be...
