Pizza Hut | Wallajah Road, Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Visited Pizza Hut triplicane today @12:50:pm 11/03/2024, eager to satisfy my pizza cravings. Unfortunately, the store's inefficiency left me walking out empty-handed.

Despite having only one staff member attending to dine-in customers, the real issue was the absence of a store manager. As a result, they refused to take my order!

Unbelievable! A global brand like Pizza Hut failing to provide basic customer service.

Issues:

One the worst Pizza Hut outlet ever seen. Air conditioner did not work I was standing near the counter for 10 mins And the guy in the counter did not care about taking order or even asking anything I was standing very calmly as time passed by I was very pissed and I shouted at him then he cooly says sorry sir dine in is closed and he just goes away. Very very poor management , card machine not working, only one billing counter at peak time of sales. Zero response from the staff. Can't place order under self service for 2 piece combo. The supervisor ( who is in a gray colour uniform) was sitting in a customer chair on the floor, looking into her phone and watching reels in high volume.

Because of their service and response lost intrest in having the food.

Pls avoid going to KFC...
