Sri Ganesh Bhavan — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Hello everyone sorry the write the bad review about the owner of the hotel one of the worst experience has been faced just now during the lunch take away.

I use to visit regularly Ganesh Bhavan there for veg options food is ok not bad with decent price all the workers are polite.. that why I explained on the parcel session last time they missed out some sambhar for veg meals even though they agree their mistakes and said next time we check properly …suddenly the old man came from no where and arguing with me saying that we never do mistakes may be you didn’t check the parcel properly like that blah blah I told him see we opened all meals at same time there is no sambhar that is just a feedback to improve not a complaint he never listen and arguing in-front of others customers having their meals later I go to know he is owner of the hotel..

Any one want get experience like tag please visit there and enjoy the owner...

Worst customer service. I had a small function at home and heard they are providing dishes with good taste. When I went to enquire about the food items, cost, delivery the way cashier/ bill counter man given answers made me to took back my steps outside. Such a weird behavior (kind of thimir thanama paechu), no proper response for the questions (etho pona poguthu mathiri he is answering and till the time I came out he was answering all the times by seeing his mobile).

I would suggest to go other better hotels instead of this one. Very...

I prefer lunch here. Non ac Meals Rs. 75. Three veg side dish, Appalam, pickle, sweet, Sambar, kara kulambu/Mor(Butter milk) kulambu, Rasam, butter milk. Sambar could have been better, Kara kulambu and Rasam won't disappoint. Lunch easily available till 2:30. Unlimited rice. Hygiene OK. Above average meals for nominal rate.
