The Cafe Chennai — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

All the time whenever we visit the cashier they say especially lady no change, no change even for 100 and 200 also no change . She want exact amount to be paid. I observed many customers leave the counter due to the attitude of cashier. What happens to customer those who dont have bank account or google pay. They shd give keep change at counter. Actually they want to avoid cash counting and looking easy work.. They lease bother on customer part.. Even many times they refuse to give sambar alone for sale .even if we ready to pay money for sambar they dont want to give. I dont understand logic on this. It is also product .they shd keep more stock. For everything we pay money then why they hesitate to provide. Other hotels giving sambar alone for fixed price minimum for a packet. Whether it is dosa or vada or sambar money we r paying. Then why they say no to sambar. They shd consider this. Food tastes is good. suppliers and parcel boys seems good. Service level can be improved. I like all variety...

Worst service, arrogant staff, they got into VERBAL ALSO PHYSICAL ABUSE with me this afternoon, I was talking to selaiyur police to file FIR when THE MANAGER CAME TO ME TEELING HE WILL LOOSE HIS JOB IF THIS GETS TOO FAR, BUT I NOT ABLE TO GET THE they are SO ARROGANT AS IF THEY ARE PAYING FOR WHAT WE ARE EATING, THIS RESTORANT IS THE ONLY BECAUSE OF MONOPOLY, BECAUSE THERE IS NO OTHER RESTAURANT AVAILABLE IN MAIN AREA, OTHERWISE NOO ONE WILL VISIT THE WAY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS, ONLY FIRST FEW TIME THEY ACT NICE TO ATTRACT CUSTOMER AFTER WHICH THEY START MISBEHAVING WITH US, the is because of the neglecting owner, I WILL NOT SUGGEST THIS HOTEL EVEN TO MY ENIMIES, BECAUSE EVERY ONE SELF RESPECT IS...

Ordered Dosa and Rava dosa which were very dry and looked like it was cooked already. Even though it was prepared earlier, at least we thought the food taste will be good but it was below average and not worth for the amount. If you go as a 4-5 member family, you will find hard to get seats. Outside the temperature is good [29 degree Celsius today night] but inside the hotel it's hot because of the stoves all around you [coffee stove, chat item stove and the main food serving stove]

I tried here months back, the food taste was OK at that time with 3 chutnies but now only 2 chutnies served and that too most of the time the coconut chutney will run into shortage and you have to wait 10-15...
