KFC — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Had a horrible experience last evening. I had gone to the store to claim an offer which kfc had sent through watsapp. I visited the store in person and when asked them to claim this offer for me they come back telling me their billing system isn't working right now and offers can't be applied. I wasn't even given a bill for my order last evening.

When I questioned about this to the management he says next time you place order through online platform kindly do let me know about the offer refusal and I shall give you complimentary chicken as per the offer. I was taken aback hearing this. I instantly questioned him stating that you could do the same thing now since I'm already here in the store. He says no sir that isn't possible. I was like what is really wrong with these people. I got super angry and took away my order left.

Never again I'm visiting this...

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your KFC Selary branch. I recently visited your establishment to take advantage of the 2*5 leg offer, only to find that the service was completely unacceptable.

Not only was the food prepared poorly and lacking in quality, but the staff were rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the branch was clearly understaffed, leading to long wait times and a chaotic atmosphere.

As a loyal customer of KFC, I expect better from your establishment. The lack of attention to detail and customer service at the Selary branch is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand.

I urge you to address these issues immediately to ensure that other customers do not have to experience the same level of disappointment that I did. Request you to do not share any offer and...

It's one of the best KFC shop in the Pallavaram & Tambaram area. Well behaved staffs ( they must be). We just went to that shop after long discussion.... because my son wanted to eat by seeing their ads. So I just put him in to trial to know the truth.( It's been a long time to explain him😞😞😞). They put us in the queue to get our meat 😂😂😂..... We don't bother in our home when our parents told....but here all are standing in the queue and they are carrying their meat to upstairs to eat. No table service. Very funny to see . But I think all are adapted to these kind of life🐣🐣🐣.
