Starbucks — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This Starbucks is in BSR mall and once a week visit is mandatory. The staffs are well behaved and do the temperature check and sanitizer used is very good.

I am not fussy and depending on the mood. My daughter loves their double chocolate Frapachino which is brilliant. Red Hat Mocha and Hazelnut Caramel hot is something my wife orders very often.

Apart from the beverages, I personally love their chilli cheese toast and the cheese cake. Since they don't deliver and have to rely on delivery partner was an issue because they don't handle the package properly. But I must say after giving the feedback their packaging is top notch

Apart from that some of their offers are brilliant. Today they were giving 30% off since CSK was playing in final.

Special mention to Guna to whom I had mentioned ordering through delivery partner has two problems. 1. The points doesn't get added to your Starbucks card and 2 Handling of package. Guna made it very simple by asking me to place order when I reach close to Starbucks directly through app and by the time I drive the order is ready and handed over. Thanks a lot Guna for your help and kind initiative.

A tad expensive but good things come at a price. Suggestion to management. Everytime ordering while reaching the store is working well. But you should look to credit the points even if ordered online. The place is good. But the entire place is filled with a bunch of people who seem like hiring representatives for a Ponzi scheme like ebiz or whatever. These people come out and keep coming in every time their candidate goes out. When their candidate is in front of them , they keep scribbling stuff on their aadhar card photocopy that the candidate brings explaining him or her the pyramid scheme. This is bad for this Starbucks as these people almost occupy 75 percent of the shop space . Unless Starbucks has a personal interest in this Ponzi scheme. Because all these 15 people who occupied the space consumed less than 3 coffee's per 15 people across 5 hours. Most of them stuck to water glasses. How I reached to this conclusion -

3 manager pretending people who cycled 4 tables in 4 hours. All carried iPhone with same model and same case. People escorting people in and out. People walking in with their ID proof photocopies. Everyone talking about campus experience and sales strategy post meeting.

The Indian government has banned so many pyramid schemes. Just putting this here to save the youth and lives.
