PIND Thoraipakkam — Restaurant in Zone 15 Sholinganallur

Food: Cream of Tomato - Very smooth and the fresh cream on top added an extra kick to the sweetness ☺️

Veg Thukpa - Similar to any Maggi noodles with more water to enhance the gravy; not sure if this was a real thukpa, spicy but OK 👌

Paneer tikka - Too soft paneer blended well with magic spices, a bit of charred taste added well to the overall fragrance 👏

Cajun Spiced potato - Very strong peri-peri with raw chili flakes drizzled on top of the fried potatoes; unlike the ones at BBQ Nation, this one had a bit of sour flavor to the sauce and could've been a bit Tangy and sweet, not good 😐

Crispy corn American salad - Too good fried corn sauteed like a salad with coriander, onions, and chat; Desi snack with an American twist 😋

Bhangra Coke - Masala thums-up with all the kick in it Pina colada - Pretty smooth, mild coconutty but good from the pineapples, not too sweet so WOW 😍

Tandoori pineapple - This one had the right amount of spice from the marination, sweet and not at all sour, charred exactly for the right time, and had no uneasiness while munching!! 🥰

For the main course, it was our favorite methi Naan with achari paneer!! 🙌

Sizzling brownie - This photogenic dish never ceases to amaze anyone; straight from the fire, smoky, hot, and cold from the choco brownie and vanilla ice cream with Strawberry twisters, ENJOYABLE!! 💕

Ambiance/Price: Yet another PIND with a valet parking facility helps a lot. Pricing does stay within the admissible limits but I feel that they don't have some of the stuff from their menu most of the time (crunchy cornflakes Horlicks unavailable all the time). No complaints about their service as it is always courteous but table booking is recommended (doesn't take a booking over the weekends). Similar Punjabi setup and ambiance (across all PINDs), well-lit,...

Went around 8 pm for dinner on Saturday ......there was huge crowd wait time was 45 mins ......parking space was terrible. The day could have ended tragic at the end as when we were paying the bill the waiter said the transaction got cancelled but when Checked through phone SMS the amount was debited. Thank God we didn't pay 2nd time else we would have got scammed here. You ppl bring food late and avg taste and also cheat during bill? Please teach concept of hygienie to waiters who clean plates / use tumblers really easy to get confirmation here.

Got dinning at 9 pm and got food around 9:40 pm very very slow service...........meantime ordered pani puri that also came super late.......the onions complementary was not given they made us suffer in hunger and we kept waiting for average food.

The waiters can't give enough attention to everyone and terrible at crowd management and very slow food service.

Ordered 1 pani puri, 4 types of kulcha and 3 side dishes. Others were getting food faster than us even though they came late....... they made the food in hurry burry it can be seen in the taste itself......pind spl rice had no taste was just plain oil + rice....PIND thoraipakkam is way better than this branch.

Waiter tried to scam by saying the payment failed using credit card but it was actually successful and also was about to pay 2nd time ........good we checked phone sms else would have been paid x2 times unnecessarily.

At the end we didn't like it......2 hours wasted never visiting this branch again ever! Please don't run restaurant if you can't manage crowd wait time is 45 mins and inside getting the food 40 mins......

Others please go to PIND thoraipakkam way better! Don't ever...

Had my worst experience ever with pind by far. We have ordered multiple times from this restaurant for personal as well as official orders. We have visited this joint in the past as well we loved their food but today we had the worst experience ever.

We had to wait for 15 min to get a table by just looking at people who came after us were given tables Buffet closed and no longer served which was told after we got the table Food we ordered was served very late and additionally whatever served was misplaced with a different order of someone else - we waited another 20 min to get our order Food taste was much different compared to the previous time and the fulka was under cooked we had to again wait for a well cooked ghee fulka the daal makhni we ordered was bitter which was never accepted by the butler who decided to offer daal thadka which we never ordered.

It was already 2hrs just playing with the orders and careless undercooked bad service. We lost our patience and decided to cancel the replacement and leave the butler still had the mindset to never accept the mistake and kept defending by handing over a bill of 1454/- for all the Un satisfied Service undercooked food and long wait time only to have a set of naan.

Very disappointing and dissatisfied. We picked this joint for the good food they served earlier the hospitality and ambiance but today only the ambiance remains rest two have disappeared. Never we will ever visit this joint again was the statement my guests gave for who I took there with pride gave me bad...
