New outlet not trained cashiers properly. Wanted to order big box meal and saw an option to upgrade drink to shake for 50rs on menu. For some reason cashier said it's not applicable for this item. Asked for which item it is applicable he was clueless. Went to the kiosk to order and it did not show up there. So ordered separately and the cost was very high. They advertised an offer saying 75rs off for new outlet but never applied. Unfortunately had paid the bill and realised this, cashier said discount would have applied automatically from kiosk and when I showed bill called manager and he said it won't apply in kiosk. manager said he can get a French fries to make up for that but I declined it. While leaving asked manager on shake upgrade and he said it was applicable on the big box meal. So overall I ended up ordering something different and paying more. Will never visit this outlet again. Read moreThe tacos at ECR Taco Bell were disappointing. They had very little filling, and when I asked if this was their standard size, they confirmed it, though I knew something was missing. It turned out they were out of tomatoes pieces, which they could have mentioned before I ordered but only did when I was about to pick the tray. Their excuse was the whole chain of restaurants in their locality was out of tomatoes 🤷♀️ The lack of freshness was noticeable throughout the meal. Even the naked chicken tacos were missing cheese bits, which apparently they stopped including two months ago. The quesadillas were subpar, and they forgot to include the Pepsi we ordered with the meal, making us wait an additional 10-15 minutes to receive it. To add to the disappointment, the seasoned fries also had cheese bits, which wasn't mentioned on the menu. Overall, the experience was far from appetizing. My advice: avoid...
Read moreI recently visited the ECR Taco Bell with my son, and we had a satisfying dining experience. We ordered two tacos - one veg and one fried veg and beans-based - both of which were good. The restaurant had some offers going on, which added to the value.
Next, we tried the quasedilla, which was excellent. The honey ginger mint drink was also superb, refreshing our palates. We ended our meal with the churros, which were a sweet treat.
Overall, the food at Taco Bell ECR was good, and we paid around ₹400+ for our meal. While the ambiance was okay, the tables could have been cleaner. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and ambiance, Taco Bell ECR would be an even better dining...
