I recently ordered a small and regular tea along with a plate of samosas. Unfortunately, the samosas were not fresh and were very hard, indicating they were reheated and not freshly made. When I informed the staff members about this, they responded casually, saying, "Oh, is that so? It's newly made." This casual attitude and lack of proper response added to the frustration of the experience.

The ambience is not clean. Never recommended this...

For tea boy honor plese take care of staff they are very sameless women they dont have any experience and today I went for parcel they dont have any disciplene i come here every day so today I have bad day for this two women she is directly saying me god is there she is blaming me for 30 rs for you didn't pay so you are taking 5 rs extra charges from us for what to blaming us very disapoint dont come...

Worst tea I have ever had in sembakkam/kamarajapuram branch. Lady Staffs are so rude no professional. They serve tea as local tea shop in small paper cup. I got small cockroach in tea once it was terrible experience. Never ever go to this shop. When I try to reach their company no one is...
