I recently visited the Sowcarpet Branch with my kids and was extremely disappointed with the service. Unfortunately, the staff were rude and uncooperative.

Specific Issues: When I paid, the staff didn’t have change and simply walked away, saying “I don’t have change, I don’t know.” When I asked for tissue paper for my kids, the staff claimed they didn’t have any, despite me seeing some available. When I pointed this out, they stared at me rudely and started arguing. The staff were completely rude and didn’t know how to treat customers.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at this location. I hope you’ll take immediate action to address these issues and improve the overall customer experience at the Sowcarpet Branch.

I went there on Sunday around 7.30 pm . I know it's peak time . But after waiting for 30 min staff there said it will take another 60 min for order . That he would have said before . We understand they get much order online so not interested for the customer coming to store . Actually they said put board outside on Sunday that only on line orders are allowed . Sometimes the staff are also very harsh . We don't have any choice near by so we have to go there . If my reviews go to higher authority pls do something for customer who comes in store to purchase . If not possible it's up to you . We can only suggest other choice is yours . Also keep some good staff . Some permenent staff . In other branch i have not seen such issue . Only in audippa...

Service is fast, the staff members are polite and humble 👌🏻💯👏🏻 Ambience of the place is cute with an open kitchen 😁
