i booked for stay on 22nd dec 2022 and check out on 23rd dec 2022 . I have also booked a party hall for 15 members . people were friendly at the time of booking . i checked the room was good but the bath was rusted and buckets were not clean . The food was good . every staff whether the catering person , the person booking the room the person serving the food and the person at the front office all of them expect you to tip them , if the money given is not adequate they keep coming and talking in pretext of something or other it is really annoying and this reflects very bad image of this prestigious club . hope the people in administrations would address this soon to avoid this attitude of staff .This is understandable for waiters not for others

Good service and food is not up to the mark . It was new restaurant opened the furnishings and ambience is good but there was damp smell . The person collected the money at the entrance for affiliate member didn't give receipt and said will give the change and was not found when we returned . Recently stayed at The Presidency Club, and though this is my 3rd stay here, the overall club management seems to have gone down very badly, right from booking the room to stay to food and checkout everything was poor, and trust no one can call it an elite club anymore if the same continues, rooms were ok but bathrooms were below average, food quality was shockingly bad if you offer complimentary breakfast then provide a good spread for the cost of room one pays for a prestigious club in Chennai, staffs expect good tips and such practice in clubs should be avoided as it's not a hotel you pay for the services, overall very poor experience, hope the management uplift the club reputation, and create customer delight going forward, hope the club executive teams quickly else...
