During my recent 4-night business stay at Laa Woods Hotel, I had the opportunity to experience their dining services extensively, and I must say, it was an excellent experience. Here's a detailed review:

My stay here was not so pleasant. There were many flaws with the room provided though the cleanliness was good.

I stayed here for around 11 hrs (7 am to 5 pm) for which the cost was 4000 Rs. It was pretty high for the facilities provided.

First, the day when I stayed, the lift did not work. My room was allocated in 2nd floor.

Next, the room AC was pathetic. It was just running for the name sake. Even after 30 mins, with the temp set to 18 degree C, the chillness was very low. Alas, the room did not even have a fan or no ventilation (windows were sealed and could not be opened). We requested for a table fan, only after which we could feel ok.

The bath room did not have ventilation or exhaust fan. It was a real problem. With no ventilation any where, we found it really difficult to use.

There was no remote for the TV. We asked for it. It was given. TV did not switch on even with the Remote. I tried button on the TV. Still nothing happened. Complained again and a person attended to get it working. But again, it was only a blank screen as they have not paid for the cable and it was just showing no subscription. The attended changed the box and said, the payment has been made and it will come in 15 mins. He asked me to keep the TV on for 15 mins. But it never came till I left. I did not bother about the TV.

Don't assume you have have good lunch/dinner by looking at their menu card. They only have a very limited/common dish. It took too much time to come after the order. I was told, the food is done but there was no one to bring it to room.

Finally, The bathroom health facet was not properly checked or maintained. The water force was too less to use it.
