The Red Box — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I ordered from the restaurant in Saibaba Colony, and it took them 30 minutes to prepare the food. It was then delivered to me in Gandhipuram 45 minutes after I placed the order. I don't know why, but they took so much time to make such bland, flavorless noodles.

I ordered Schezwan chicken noodles and a chili chicken combo, which cost me 300 Rs in total. The Schezwan chicken noodles had only six small pieces of chicken, as you can see in the picture, and the chili chicken also had just six pieces. I did not pay for just the noodles! I felt very disrespected as the food is not worth the amount I paid. Very bad, never...

I have tried red box in other places, it usually good. But this location unfortunately was terrible. The person incharge isn't aware of the pricing - we ordered veg combos and he billed wrong items first and made it non veg the second time. We ordered take away - and the ribbon noodles was in the form of lumps and the chilli potato was burnt completely. The fried rice wasn't good either. The ambiance and service is fairly good. They also serve a good portion of food. One combo was enough for my husband and me. However, the food was way too spicy. We couldn’t eat half of what we ordered and ended up drinking more water and using most of their tissues.
