Very worst experience here at vairamaligai. The cashier is totally careless and does not take responsibility at all. They had missed a chicken leg in the parcel which costs around 150 rs. When we came back the next day and complained they stating some nonsense and questioning our integrity This was the 10th time we visited and complained and they are putting the blame on us. Are we so jobless to spend 100 rs for petrol and come back the same day for missing one piece. Such shameful staff they have employed. Always pestering us for tips and not even satisfied with 40rs and still demanding more. They don't even have a copy of the bill. They are selling expired goli soda with expiry date balcked out with marker and they have stuck their own sticker on top. When questioned they are telling they cannot cancel whichever bill they have entered in the system. What nonsense! A Unique Gem in Tirunelveli - Vaira Maligai (This Branch!)

We visited the Tirunelveli Vaira Maligai branch on May 10th, 2025, and it truly stands out amongst their other locations in the city. While I've enjoyed their food many times before, this particular visit prompted me to finally write a review because of the excellent experience.

The Ghee Rice and the Nattu Kozli Picchu pota kari are absolute must-tries – bursting with flavor! The Mutton Sukka, while delicious, could have been a bit more generous in quantity. However, the Parotta was incredibly fresh and crispy. To top it all off, the Royal Falooda was another highlight and is highly recommended.

While the prices are slightly on the higher side, the quality and taste definitely justify it. We hope they maintain this consistent level of excellence, and we're already looking forward to...

Kindly avoid parcel , it's a day robbery. Recently brought butter naan here and the bill amount is extra 40rs. When asked they said it's for parcel charges. But looking into the bill deeply noted that they charge delivery charge for every single piece of naan. Naan price is 59 in menu but they charge 70rs. Bought 3 naan and they added 11rs extra for each naan. And 15 rs for panner masala. Why should we pay extra for every single naan ? If parcel charges are to be added it should be mentioned seperately at the end in bill whis is fine. They simply treat themselves as Zomato and swiggy and lot extra for their parcel services.
