Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This is probably one among the worst branch. Specially for online orders. Despite several negative reviews here by diffrent customers and my email to crmsupport there is no scope of improvement. They advise to send email to crmsupport for complaints. I don't think, anyone even looks to it.

Straight advise. Don't go for online orders. They are corporate trained to cost cut wit our orders, copy paste script to send email. EoD it's business for them, customer satisfaction is least of their priority. If there is negative review wont it be evaluated and take measurable action? Very bad , and worst food , we took 2 plates momos for parcel when we took home and found the momos were decayed and not good , seems like it was tainted food and spoiled. We could eat it so we had to through it away without tasting a piece , it smelled so bad . We also tried calling store but the number was out of service and also we got to call the number on the carry bad same not in sevice . We couldnt complain the issue due to this situation. Very Bad customer service. If we ask the guy about any offer which is written there or placed in the board it's not available here in the outlet it's only in Zomato. For any offer which is there in the zomato why you are keeping it there . And I got the same offer from other Momo outlet.
