Everything is good. Me and my FRIEND along with our GF had a great time. Service is Good. Town house reception people are good at service. Rooms are Great. But OYO CUSTOMER CARE made me suffer with check in.
I made a wrong dinner order when booking hotel room. We almost had a late check in time at 11:45pm. While check in, Hotel Reception people asked me to delete dinner in my app else pay full amount even dinner is not available at that time. But delete option is not found in OYO app. They didnt allow us to checkin Until we delete dinner or asked us to pay for dinner too, but they suggested us to call oyo customer care and gave number to us. We call to customer care of oyo and asked them to delete dinner they said in 15 mins we may get confirmation call. But we didnt get any call from oyo, now time went to 12 am. We are with two ladies. Actually i got confirmation call at 7:30 Am. Where should me and my friend with two ladies should stay until morning by trusting oyo service may call us in 15mins. So i made a call with another number which is not registered. They lifted the call and cancelled dinner in ten mins by holding my call. After that we had a cool check in. Early at 7:30am i got a call from oyo service asking me to confirm to cancel dinner. If i didnt call from unregistered number they may not respond fast to our aituation and me along with two ladies and gent may stay on road trusting OYO.
SUGGESTION: Give some powers to reception people to cancel such a wrong dinner, or cancellation also. It may help people like us...

It might be train, bus, metro, Autos, Ola etc. The hotel is located in front of the Railway track, thereafter there is always a vibration created and a mild noise is occurred due to passing of trains. The rooms doesnt have fans instead they have centralised AC. The rooms do have windows but cant be enjoyed as the windows does not allow to open or look through it. The food was the worst part of the Hotel. They dont have a basic food quality and the service is the worst. they dont serve fresh food, no glasses available to drink water, no tissue papers available at the food court.
